Dinner in New Orleans

I spoke with the concierge at the hotel and got the recommendation for a family owned creole restaurant in the French Quarter. Dinner was awesome. It started with cornbread in a honey butter sauce. Next was the Gumbo Sampler with three types of gumbo. Next was a salad with house dressing. The main meal was the New Orleans Classic Trio consisting of Blacked Redfish, Shrimp & Andouille Jambalaya, and Crawfish Étouffée. There was no room for desert. I would recommend this place for anyone traveling to New Orleans. (www.olivierscreole.com)
